I take no shortcuts crafting the highest quality small batch artisanal ice cream imaginable. All our ingredients are certified organic or are from farms and farmers we trust to regenerate the land. All of our ice cream and sorbet is sweetened with honey to create a rich, dense ice cream unlike anything you've ever had. I make all our waffle cones from scratch with freshly milled Lopez Island wheat flour.  Come early to the market before we sell out!
